About Us

We are a school that is open to everyone of all ages and abilities.  The main basis of the school is hammer throwing, there are other athletes that come down and train with the school these range in ages and abilities and for different aspects of athletics.  

We offer workshops to athletes on certain areas of athletes that will help with training.  A recent workshop was on errors and corrections for hammer throwers.  This was useful as the athletes could see where they are going wrong in their throws.

Many of the School's athletes are level one coaches and help with certain events in and around the community.  Star:Track is an event that takes place over a week in the summer it gives young people the chance to try all aspects of athletes and then maybe join the club or continue doing athletics elsewhere.  Many of the athletes come and join Panthers which is run by the school on a Monday and Wednesday night this will help them to develop their skills and understanding of athletics and develop in specific areas of athletics.
