Hammer Time 2007
The West London Hammer School will be holding a
Hammer Coaching Camp during the February half term (19th-23rd) at
Perivale Park Athletics Track.
It's a week long training camp for
beginners/intermediates (12 years+). If you are interested, Click

A massive achievement for the club is the
gaining of club mark, a big congratulations to the club on gaining
this.
The winter season is nearly over and the
competitions and summer training will be starting shortly.
