Club Training

The club has training sessions six days of the week (Fridays excepted), most sessions are at (or start from) Perivale track. Please click here to see a statement of our coaching principles.

There are also winter runs in Richmond Park on Sunday mornings. Details are usually on the club noticeboard.

All our club runs are open to non-members. If you are coming along for the first time, you should come if possible to the Monday session and ask for John or Tony.

Track and field athletes (junior and senior) meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm. There are groups for all the major track and field disciplines from under 13 upwards. (Younger athletes are welcome at the council-run Perivale Panthers session at 5:45pm on Wednesdays).

There are also training sessions on Saturday and Sunday mornings subject to races.

If you are coming along for the first time, you should come if possible to the Tuesday session and ask for Pat or Jamie. On Thursday ask for David or Tony.
