MALES & FEMALES: The club came into existence at the height of the jogging boom in 1984. Main interests are road running, cross-country, track & field, swimming, cycling and triathlon. It is a family based club catering for all age groups. Monthly socials are organised for adults. Track competition is in Div 5 of the Southern Lg. and cross-country the Chingford Lg., both for men.

Headquarters: Cockfosters Cricket Club, Chalk Lane, Cockfosters. Training runs Tues. & Thur. 7.15pm.
