MALES & FEMALES: The club was founded in 1969 to provide competition for those of Irish descent living in the west of London though nowadays membership is open to anyone. Some prominent members have been Frank Murphy an international 1500m runner, the Moriarty brothers, Shaun 400mH, and 'Iggy' sprints, TG Kerins 110mH, Ade Mafe sprints, Mike Dunphy 400m, Shaun Egan Hammer and John Downes cross-country. The club competes in Div. 2, & 5 of the Southern Track League, and the Metropolitan. League for cross-country. There is a policy of encouraging the youngsters.

Headquarters: West London Stadium, Du Cane Rd., East Acton W3. Training Tues. & Thur. 5:30pm- and Sun 10:00am-. the long road run which commences at Ealing Common Station, Uxbridge Rd., Ealing 10:00am Sun. The Perivale track is being used while there are difficulties with West London Stadium.
