MALES & FEMALES: The club was founded in 1985 and caters for all standards of runner including veterans at present confines itself mostly to road running and races, occasional triathlons and social events. £4 a month, but the first month can be a free trial.

Headquarters: Hayes and Harlington Community Centre which has changing rooms, showers and bar. Training each Wednesday at 8.0 pm from the Community Centre with groups at different pace suitable for the social runner over 3 miles and the more progressive. Summer evening runs over trails at Stockley Park.
